Alamo, Tn -The Bartlett High School Marching Band competed over the weekend in the Crockett County Invitational with their 2015 show ” Infamy”. This year’s show is dedicated the brave Bandsmen of the U.S.S. Arizona who on the fateful morning of December 7th, 1941 lined the deck of their vessel to play morning colors and raise the flag. Amid the chaos of a sudden attack, these men performed their duty to the fullest even though it would cost them their lives. The memory and valor of the USS Arizona Pacific Fleet Band #22 is honored with this program.
The Bartlett Marching Band took the field of competition with this in mind and many, many hours of practice in tow. That hard work would not go wanting.
